Cristin is a lawyer focused on litigation. Since graduating the law school in 2009 he practiced with a law firm specialized in litigation. After that, he joined the Customs Service of the Republic of Moldova where he worked for the IP Department. The Customs Service called on him to go to court when complex IP issues would be involved.

Before joining Covali Bezede Comandari as a partner, Mr. Bezede was a senior associate with an Italian law firm with offices in several European countries.

Cristin’s experience involves representing foreign investors in various courts as well as in arbitration procedures. He is fluent in English, Italian and Russian, while Romanian is his native language.
