The transaction brings together complementary SEO and social-media capabilities under one roof, reflecting how brand visibility increasingly spans both search engines and social platforms. Public statements by the parties indicate that SE Ranking is evolving into a multi-product ecosystem and that the deal marks its first acquisition.
Our role. MB Legal Advisors advised on Moldovan corporate structuring and related seller-side matters, including preparatory structuring steps for local entities, vendor due diligence support, negotiation input on definitive documentation impacting Moldovan law, and closing coordination on the Moldovan workstreams.
